We’re looking for a Sous Chefwith a strong background and enthusiasm to help lead the team at one of Maryland'smost celebrated seafood restaurants. Who We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a skilled, motivated hospitality professional who brings: 1–2 years of experience in culinary leadership Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively Deep knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and food management Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices A professional, friendly, punctual, and reliable approach A team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude About The Salt Line Bethesda: Opened in July2023, The Salt Line Bethesdahas become a beloved neighborhood destination, known for its lively raw bar, creative cocktails, and New England-meets-Chesapeake approach to seafood.
